MEET VICKI TERRILL
xChange-Certified Facilitator. Strategic Planner. Leadership Coach.

Who I Am
I’m Vicki Terrill, founder of Vicki Terrill Coaching and a certified xChange Approach Guide. I partner with mission-driven leaders — whether you’re aligning a board or empowering front-line teams — to turn dusty, checkbox strategic plans into shared missions that light a fire under your people. Using a strengths-based, appreciative approach and my proprietary Level 5 Strat Planning process (powered by the FLAME framework), I help organizations focus on what works, spark genuine collaboration, and build clear, actionable roadmaps that deliver real impact.
Why I'm Here
I believe every organization has untapped potential just waiting to be unleashed—and real change happens when every voice is heard and celebrated. Too often, strategic plans end up gathering dust because they weren’t co-created; my mission is to guide you through participatory, strengths-based experiences (rooted in the xChange Approach and the FLAME framework) that transform abstract goals into shared purpose. I’m here to spark genuine collaboration, build trust at every level, and help you walk away with a roadmap you’re excited to own and execute.

As a certified xchange Approach Guide, I design immersive, peer-learning experiences that tap into your team’s collective wisdom. Built on appreciative inquiry and co-creative design, my facilitation ensures every voice is heard, strengths are amplified, and ideas translate into action — not just another slide deck.
What this means for you:
-
Collective Intelligence: We surface and synthesize the group’s real-world expertise to co-create solutions that stick.
-
Inclusive Engagement: Through structured, strengths-based activities, every stakeholder — no matter their role — has an equal seat at the table.
-
Action-Focused Roadmaps: Your team leaves with clear, prioritized next steps and an accountability plan, so strategy becomes results.
By weaving xChange’s proven peer-learning practices into the FLAME framework, I ensure your offsites, workshops, and planning sessions aren’t just “facilitated,” they’re transformational.

My Approach
The FLAME Framework integrates xchange’s peer-learning design, Appreciative Inquiry, and strategic coaching into a single, strengths-based roadmap for action. It’s the engine behind every offsite, workshop, or planning session I lead, ensuring we move beyond talk to attain tangible outcomes.
Here’s how FLAME works:

-
FOCUS - We begin with what’s already working. Using Appreciative Inquiry, we surface your organization’s successes and strengths, grounding our strategy in real-world wins.
-
LISTEN - Through xChange-inspired peer-learning activities, every stakeholder shares insights in a psychologically safe space—so no voice goes unheard, and hidden opportunities emerge.
-
ASPIRE - Together, we co-create a compelling vision of the future. Generative questions and collaborative storytelling turn abstract goals into a shared, motivating purpose.
-
MAP - We translate that vision into an actionable roadmap. Priorities are set, milestones defined, and roles clarified—so your team knows exactly what comes next and who owns it.
-
EXECUTE - Built-in accountability loops and follow-up rituals keep momentum alive. By embedding habits and progress checks, we turn strategy into sustained results.
By weaving xChange’s facilitation practices with Appreciative Inquiry and my proprietary FLAME steps, you get more than a plan, you get a participatory, strengths-based process that ignites change and delivers real impact.
